I've started getting cramps in my calves and toes when I orgasm. Never happened before. Why is that?

Answers:    When you have an orgasm, you experience the highest level of engorgement in your genitals. that means less blood for the rest of your body. That combined with the straining and flexing of your extremities can cause serious cramping. It's very similar to what happens to swimmers. It's normal. You can try consciously relaxing your legs, or just wait it out. It goes back to normal pretty quickly with the relaxing that generally takes place after orgasm..
Orgasm is a reflex, and for most people (men and women both) part of that reflex is that their toes curl. You'rs are probably just curling up more tightly than usual lately, that's all. this is very common this happend due to high blood circulation in you body... try relexing... have more water that will help in reducing cramps.
That's not very unusual. you shouldn't worry.
