i have the sims one and ive downloaded like objects and stuff most of them work except ones that inevitability extension games.
but anyway i cant put lights in the sims houses becuease everytinme i try to it just become really slow like its crashed

It sounds like you've get too many programs running on your computer. If there is music playing, lots of sims on site or your playing itunes or anyother program close to that, stop it! It just causes the winter sport to "Lag".
