Tender breasts?

I'm a 34 C (though it varies from a B to a D in different shops i acquire measured in) so it's not like i'm huge. But for some reason, whenever i don't where on earth a bra, my breasts are really sensitive. I've resorted to wearing a bra at night because i like to lounge on my stomach- but i couldn't do this because it hurt too much.

I'm 16, on the pill and there aren't any (as far as i know) traces of breast cancer in my loved ones (not directly anyway). I'm in my BMI, and like i said, i've be measured in a lot of shops so it can't be that i'm wearing the wrong bra size.
I also find that a short time ago firmly touching them can hurt, even when my bra is on.

Whats wrong with me?

Im a 34 C as well! my brests be SUPER sensitive when I was younger, but I kept taking my bra off at hours of darkness and doing all the regular things, and they got used to it. I despised it to. Just keep with it. Also sometimes they are sensitive rather while before your period.

Tenderness surrounded by the breasts is one of the big pregnancy symptoms, also a symptom of hormone flux pre-period.

i think you should get tested to see if your pregnant or not because sometimes surrounded by VERY rare occasions the pill fail.
If your sure your not pregnant it could have something to do with your term cycle?
