Tampons and pad what is better for .?
Answers: Well... I would stick near a tampon.. unless you want the feeling of peeing the whole darkness.
Tamons. First... the brand of tampon can make all the difference. If its your first time, definetly stick next to a plastic applicator. Personally, I reccomend platex sport tampons. Since I have heavy period, i use the super sized ones. Since its your first time, start with regulars since they will be smaller and easier to fit up there. After you swot up. you can swith to super sized ones if needed.
Second.. wash your hands.. blah blah... so once you unwrap the tampon...nick the tip of the applicator (the plastic thing) and run it along the center of your crotch. if you are putting pressure on the applicator (not the thing to shove the tampons) eventually it will go into a hole. to trade name sure that its not crooked... stick the applicator up your vagina (the newly discovered hole) and then push the tampon within.. the applicator will then come out... and ta ddaa you have a tampon within.
Third.. if you stand up and it feels uncomfortable.. embezzle it out immediatly before it expands... normally when its self-conscious it means that you put it in crooked.
Fourth... when research how to put in a tampon... it will probably take lots tries... take atleast 5-10 mins before trying again. trying too abundant times in a short period of time will create it dryier and harder to get in. NEver practice putting within tampons unless you have menstural discharge or your period.. apposite luck on that.
If you have a regular period...
Super tamopns will ultimate about 12 hours (not reccomended to be worn this long.
Regular tampons will last in the order of 6 hours
If you have a heavy time...
Regular tampons will last about 3 hours (no quip.. i have the heaviest periods..it sucks)
Supertampons will end about 5-6 hours.
They recomend wearing them for about 4-8 hours... soo look at personal stats above and see what will work for you.
You will know when to cart it out becauseit will feel like it is leak or you will start to cramp up. (you will learn what happens to you when you have need of to change them)
If when you take it out... it hurts.. that ability that you have not worn it for long enough.. unsophisticatedly it expanded dry and will feel like its scrape your vagina. Soo that means... wear it for longer or go down a size (ex.. from super to regular)

I recommend to use tampons which are easier and smaller quantity visible disposables to carry next to you, more hygienic in use and not visible at adjectives. Use K-Y jelly or something like that. Do not use wet or oil. Lubricated tampons will insert very smoothly. 2) Please lubricate your index finger and try to insert your finger gently into your vagina. Note in which angle it slides within and where the vaginal entrance is located. Try several times until it feels comfortable. Only next try with the tampon.
3) For training purposes a somewhat squatting position is best. Maybe use your bed when you feel nonchalant and not in any pressure regarding time. This could also be a biddable chance to investigate yourself a little bit closer.

It's not a business of "better" it's a matter of what you are comfortable with.The instructions beside the tampon boxes are good, be sure and get the "slim" type. You will know that it is surrounded by right when you really can't feel it. You can also use a light wipe in addition to the tampon if you are worried around it.
They should be changed about every 4 hours- more frequently if you are in the solid part of your period. After using them a few times, it will adjectives be easy.

Pads are healthier because it allows your body to rid itself of everything. Tampons are not doomed to failure either so long as you are consistent in varying them frequently. Each item depends on the flow of your period. The heavier you are the more often you will requirement to change it. Tampons, however, should NEVER be worn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
Tampons.come with/without an applicator. I would suggest using the one with the app.

there is no right or wrong answer - it is personal preference.i wouldn't recomend wearing a tampon for the first time at ur prom as you hold no idea how often you would hold to change it or whether you will find it comfortable.
try using a tampon before the prom (instructions contained by the pack - they are vey detailed and good) its bound to take quite a few time so don't verbs!
if you are able to use a tampon before and find it comfortable later go for it , but remember to change it regularly as you don't want to be embaressed when u percolate. if you are worried about leaking next you could wear it with a panty liner just to be mistrustful.
try not to worry and think roughly speaking it too much as if you end up having to wear a wipe you won't even notice and it definately won't ruin your night

Directions for using a tampon are on the bundle. I would use a tampon for a special occation, however it takes getting used to so if you are not used to using them budge with a good realiable wipe. Have fun at prom and be safe!
They're both okay but for prom I'd reccommend a tampon it's easier to use. I don't know how to explain how to put it on but when you buy a box it comes with a encyclopaedia that helps..
i like tampax pearl because they TRUE easy to put in and pinch out i ues kotex pads sometimes with wing they fit your panties better then regular pads do
