Tampon request for information..
Any suggestions contained by what the problem could be, and how to solve it??
P.S i use aplicators
Answers: The main thing you involve to do is RELAX.
A vagina i designed to fit a baby out of, so give it time and a tampon will fit too.
My first suggestion is to try inserting a tampon surrounded by a squatting posititon, or with one leg raised on the side of the tub. Perhaps you may need a little bit of KY Jelly for lubrication.
Dont verbs sweetheart, you'll get the hang of it soon ample and you wont ever look back. .
You might want to try inserting one on a day when your flow is at its heaviest, which will dispense you a bit more lubrication. I remember the first time I tried using a tampon and I couldn't get it in any. I think I was stressed, which made everything tense up. So try your best to relax, and maybe try a different body position, or inserting the tampon at a slightly different angle. Also using tampons minus an applicator could help you to feel what you're doing. It does cart a bit of practice! Some of the diagrams on the tampon instructions show that you just have to push the tampon surrounded by, in one direction. You actually enjoy to push it in a certain distance and when you touch that it won't go any further, you have to shift the angle and push it on an angle that is more towards your lower back.
