Answers: I think it is very earth-shattering that someone older talks to her more or less it. It's much better than her finding out herself. The best thing you can do is make sure that you take in everything and then just be completely honest beside her. She is old enough to know the truth.
I would start by asking her what she already know. You can listen and then dispel any myths.. then ask her for question and answer honestly.
I would explain to her that sex is a physical way of showing love for one another and also a way for two society who love each other to create a child. It sounds like you are from a conservative relations so you can emphasize some family morals at this time such as waiting until you are married.
I would after explain that woman and men have different sets of reproductive organs. You can explain the difference. Depending on how she is receiving the information you can explain to her how it works. Wikipedia have a nice page on conception and pregnancy and how it all works. It might be a good perception to read up first so that you understand what happens contained by a more medical way.
You can be honest with her almost what porn and and prostitution are. They happen every day so it's something she will come across eventually, it would be nice if she be prepared.

The key is to not make the conversation awkward. Sometime when your parents arent around, similar to when you two are casually watching tv or something..thats when you can bring it up. Just tell her you call for to talk about sometime munificent of serious. Then tell her its about time she buried how her body works and what changes it will be growing through, ther urges etc. Once you have caught her attention that passageway, then you can start explaining all the gritty details and stuff. Yes it is okay especially if mom and dad are too shy. If you can go to the library here are age appropriate books to discuss this.
