I've recently started taking Microgynon 30 and was due to start my 7 days past its sell-by date the pill this morning. I was originally going to just start a investigational pack of pills and go another 21 days without a interval but after taking the first pill of the new pack, i've changed my mind...

would it be fine to stop taking pills from the new pack for the 7 days bad then resume the pack again once the 7 days are up?

You need professional direction and unless this comes from a professional doctor, and I cannot recommend this forum for it, you should contact an NHS doctor.
