mu wife is 26weeks prego, for the past few days in the night her heart beat suddenly increases, she becomes restless and she can't even reply to my question. We are going for night walks post dinner and she also take protein drinks and some essential fruits.is it normal or any problem with her body?

could be anxiety, it can end in heart to race, hands to shift numb, or heaviness in chest. Also, check whats contained by the protein drinks, I am sure they are fine, however, some are more synthetic than others. If this is a huge issue, call the doc and just ask.
