I can totally sympathise i to suffer from it. The doctors are going to do surgery that is when they acquire around to it ive tried the medication but it hasnt worked. The surgery depends on what type of uncintinence you have i have stress incontinence and that involves them have to open me up and stich all my muscles tighter

Hi, even the littlest of excersice can serve, when you go to the toilet try holding your wee in for a couple of second then letting go it strengthens the muscles. Also bargain to your doc about an operation its a minor operation and nothing to verbs about.
Another factor is if you are over weight this can put a strain on your muscles too (i'm not motto u are but its all taken into consideration)
