Sore nipples?
but i have noticed my nipples poking through.and they hurt when i touch them!
Should i wear a training bra? i own like a thin cloth one even though i cant stuff it...
should i sleep in it?

Answers: Gosh hun. It could be a number of things. It could be them growing, change in your body, medications you may be taking. Do you suntan in a bed?? You could have gotten your nipples adjectives.
If you feel better to sleep in the bra, afterwards sleep in the bra. Try it and find out what is comfortable to you. Maybe even ask your mom if she experienced that when she was your age.
idk but i own come up with a theory, ,funny actuallt, all right my friends boobs were itchy and then my other friends started to itch, later mine, we think that there growing! and it could be milk, it can own side-effects on your boobs!!
Your just growing but I would wear a training bra. It should help protect your nipples from rubbing against anything so they won't be so sore.

well dont sleep contained by it that will stunt your growth further, it might just be puberty.
