i just recently have my baby not even a week ago. the day after transference the wrapped my breast because i decided not to breast feed. after i get home on the 4th day after giving birth. my breast gorged up and i took a cold shower and the same dark and the next day my monster were hard as rocks! and they hurt similar to crazy. i still try and wrap them but they just hurt worse. what should i do? how long will the pain finishing? is it to late to get a pump and try to catch the breast milk out, even though my boobs are hard as rocks?

Keep them wrapped tightly and put ice pack on them. It should only take a few days, so possibly you should call your doctor and ask them. Make sure you keep them wrapped adjectives the time even at night.
