I'm having really bad pelvic pains right immediately. I think its pelvic pains, it rights below my belly button, like down in attendance. its killing me. please help me. and it go a little lower than my belly button. they keep coming and going every 20 second. im 14 and im a virgin, not sexually active, or anything. i have my time of year right now, and i used a tampon yesterday, but im wearing pads today. it be my first time using a tampon, did that have something to do with my pains. please abet me, sometimes the pain is so sharp that i almost start to cry, its unbearable. i be aware of like screaming out sometimes, it hurts sooo badly. whats wrong beside me?!

Hey, chill sweetie :-) I'm sure you're fine. I don't think using tampons for the first time can cause you that concerned of pain, as long as you changed it after 8 hours. I think you of late have cramps, try cuddling up to a hot water bottle or taking a tub and some pills. You probably don't feel like it right immediately but doing a little excerise can also help. If it's still really really sore and it's not like your normal cramps consequently maybe get your mum or dad to whip you to the doctors just to check everything is okay.
