So i wanna lose 40lbs for a trip

Okayy so me and my bestfriend are going to Brasil in about 11 months for a few weeks && i wanna tone up my bodie a short time ago a little. i was wondering if i pace 4 miles a day and swim 2 hours each and everyday and drink healthy ofcourse, if i can meet my objective. also will walking help flatten my tummie a little bit more. that of late about the only point i wanna lose oh and a few inches of my thigh

ive not long realized the best way to lose mass is not to keep track of anything, sounds crazy, i know but it worked for me! for 6 months i recorded every calorie i took contained by, read every label counted carbs and fat! also i measured the distance i run and speed and calories burned, i lost 1 pound! i was fed up. so i started consumption just healthy and reading the sticky label but not like thouroly analyzing it. and just working out but not counting or measure anything, i lost 11 pounds in 2.5 weeks! Let me tell you for an average human being you have a great plan set up.The walking and swimming will help your arms and legs out.If you amble you can build muscle and this will help burn fat past its sell-by date your thighs no worries. I would find an ab work out you could do to flatten your stomach, like crutches but those don't work as good.Maybe an exercise bubble.Check out the website in my sources to find a good exercise orb workout for you!Hope you can accomplish your goal!.

Keep your posture and your tummy should be fine, but some sit ups and push ups probably would help. No want to do a lot if you are going to work out everyday!.
if you stick to your plan, in 11 months you will distinctly look better. just keep within mind that if your not losing weight its because your gaining muscle and muscle weigh more than fat. not that I'm saying you are. dont drink, instead of having a meal guzzle fruits and veggies and drik water. youll be amazed how fast you can loose mass if you do this.
instead of walking 4 miles jog two you get better results from jog and jogging will help your abs do situps and crunches to Sounds pious if you keep with newly make sure you get adjectives of the proper nutrients.

To flatten your stomach you should do crunches. Walking will help tone your legs more than anything..
I would do some ab workouts if you want to flatten your stomach. Squats will also help tone your thighs and butt.

yep, like juje said. Also try to not eat after 6 its right and it works. Eat healthier and dont eat too much . YES, that will work, you own enough time, just chomp through right and exercise daily. Eat a lot fruit and hold on to hydrated..
