I usually have painful period but this time around the pain was a short time ago severe and for continuous days, i felt nauseated, pain surrounded by my back, abdomen, thighs. I freshly cant function during my periods and feel remarkably sick. Is this some dort if serious problem? I also had loose motions this time around during the periods.

And i notice that the bleeding wasnt normal, it was pretty smaller quantity.

When I was 18 I was dx near something called endometriosis.
It's very stinging and your symptoms sound very close to it. Do some research and see a doctor. Most of the time near endo your periods will be heavier.

It's best to keep a review on your periods and symptoms for this. In later stages they may redeploy. So write it all down. It will help the doctor treat you better.

Just remember that some period are worse then others. So it may be nothing.

You should see your doctor about this. You could have something resembling endometriosis or cysts that are causing this severe pain. I own the same problem.
Try women's Tylenol.
