I caught a stomach bug going around and on the seasonale website it said if you have vomiting or diarrhea to use backup method until you talk to your dr. My dr doesn't return my call. Does anyone know anything about this?

You only necessitate to use a backup method if...
a) You've had severe vomiting and/or diarrhea for several days.
or
b) You vomited less than an hour after taking a pill.

Otherwise, the hormones from the pill own been effectively absorbed into your system and you should be protected.
