Period relief! GIRLS ONLY?

Yes it is safe to pinch a vitamin B complex along with a daily multivitamin.

[edit] The amount of oil soluble vitamins in a daily multivitamin close to Centrum or One-a-Day is not enough to accumulate to toxic level and B vitamins are water soluble so your body will absorb what it requirements and pee out the rest. As long as you are not taking mega-doses (and from your question it sounded like you intended just the regular daily minimum supplements) next you will be perfectly fine. As to whether you need the vitamins to be precise another matter entirely and not the question that you asked. Many ethnic group do not get all the nutrients they involve because, for whatever reason, they are not consumption a proper diet or their bodies are experiencing undue stress.

Can you abet me near this birth control cross-question?

Most certainly pointless. Vitamin B deficiency is virtually unknown contained by the UK, except in alcoholics with poor diet, where on earth high dose B complex reduces the risk of Korsakoff's psychosis, and within B12 deficiency in pernicious anaemia, which requires injectable vitamin.

Vitamin deficiency are rare in nonspecific in the UK and it has be known for many years that vitamin intakes above RDA may be unhygienic. Water soluble vitamins taken in excess are just peed out, whilst flab soluble vitamins may accumulate and become toxic, for example vitamin A to the retina and Vitamin D to the kidney. This was instrument before the recent evidence that excess vitamins may shorten life to some extent than prolong it.

Additionally vitamin supplements seem to lack the protective properties of vitamins taken within their natural form, in fruit and vegetables anyway!

Do you shave down in attendance??!!?

I would prefer to rob multivitamin from one manufacturer, for the reason that they enjoy formulated it based on the recommended daily intake.

I am currently taking usana essentials and not taking any other vitamins, it have wide range of vitamins and some vitamins are not commonly found contained by on the shelf multivitamin brands.

Check out http://usanaaustralia.usana.com, it has a video comparing centrum against usana essentials on protecting apple against oxidation process.

Girl's bodies?

No... taking too much of a vitamin can be detrimental to your health. Infact, recent studies hold shown that taking vitamin supplements can actually do more harm than flawless. If you eat a balanced diet, here is no need to take extra vitamins. The single time I would advise taking supplements is folic acid if you are planning on getting pregnant, or iron tablets for anaemia.

Apart from that, it is not essential to take supplements. Too much of some vitamins and minerals can be very impossible for you.

Health Class Question!! Help Me!!?

It very much depends on the quality of the vitamins. Both the Harvard Nutrition department and the American Dietetics Society hold developed food pyramids and they now contain a bottle of multi vitamins and minerals. The reason mortal that the food we eat today has smaller amount vitamins and minerals than it used to and no one can eat a in proportion diet and get sufficient vitamins and minerals from their diet.

However, many of the cheaper brands of multi vitamins are chemical base. You need a good source of yeast free, fluently produced (from plants) multi vitamins and minerals. You should also think of taking a good source of essential fatty acids, similar to Efamol's Efamarine.
