Really doomed to failure extent discomfort?
I'm 13, and I've had periods for 2 years and a few months. I've never once experienced pains, sometimes a short time discomfort but nothing that hurts. However I got my extent this morning and I'm in absolute agony. I made a hot dampen bottle but it didn't really help, and I've looked for some pain killer in the cupboard but couldn't find any (and I really hate taking pills anyway) Does anyone know of any organic ways to soothe the pain? It's really, really hurting, I feel resembling I'm going to be sick :(
Answers: Don't let it put you off consumption. That's the worst thing you can possibly do. Do gentle exercise, though you won't get the impression like it at all. Get a hot sea bottle, take a hot bath. Get lots of sleep. In totally make out what you are going through .. hope you feel well soon ..x

Sorry it took so long to win back to you.the two ways i have see work is first have a sitz bath contained by warm water that i sitting surrounded by a tub of water with your knees bent where on earth your but and feet are in hose down.

okay the only way that have ever soothed me was going to bed and just taking a sleep. Getting your mind off of it will really help merely wear comfortable clothes and loose clothing, whatever you feel best surrounded by and if you go to school later just try and stay active because that reduce cramps. The only thing that i imagine would work would be pain pills. Some people, warmness pads work but for me i just lift a pill with some warm milk (avoid the caffeine) and merely take a nap.

lemon and honey tea works for me as well as peppermint tea. eat something buoyant with it like a few crackers or toast next put a hot rag on your stomach and sleep. it kicks contained by in about 15 minutes but the hang around is worth it.
