Question more or less recent pap smear?

I recently went to the dr. because i be having stomach discomfort, and pains. I had lately had my period a week previously, so i knew it wasn't that. He did a pap smear, and said I had a few poorly lit spots on cervix? He also did a stomach x- ray and said everything else looked okay. Does anybody know what that could be? I cant get into the dr. until sept. 26th. so that's still over a month away, And i'm worried.

Answers:    Not sure if you're sexually involved but if you are this could be HPV. Call your doctor's office and ask if your STD panel specifically your HPV test come back positive, and that will tell you from near. If it's negative then possibly you should call your insurance and ask for a referral to another doctor so you can get a second belief and maybe they can get you contained by sooner.
If your doctor did not do these tests then you can phone call the doctors office again and complain because they are required to do those tests when doing a pap smear.

Either process it's not going to grow drastically or get worse in in recent times a month so that should be ok.
Hope for the best.
take care hun.
Well the worst item it could be is cervical cancer. But even if that is the case, try not to verbs too much until you find out. I bet it really isn't anything that serious, so the best thing to do is just live your everyday life until you find out, and try to relax. Not to scare you but spots usually have it in mind you will need to have some of your cervix removed to be tested for cancer. But the dutiful part is if it is anything they can treat it head on.
