Blood..?

To add on to the above poster, from what my friends have told me, you should also expect to be a rational bit moodier than you normally are. This is not with everyone that go on the pill though, but only with some. Thus, some things that don't bother you - or create you cry - now, potentially will in the adjectives.

If you don't continue to work out, you can put on more than 3lbs, as for some people I hold seen them start taking the pill, and do nothing more than want to munch through - and they have done just that. The average solidity gain that I have seen from friends is anywhere from 1-3lbs to the heavier 7 or 10lbs. It really depends on your body though. You're an athlete so you commonly have a quicker metabolism than the normal personage, which will help you.

Long term side effects can be liver spoil, but as I said... this is the LONG term side effect, meaning on the pill for years. Your OBG will walk over all of this with you though.

Is the pill better or the depo shot??

when you see the doc, he/she'll inform you which one is probably best.. they all have in the region of the same side effects (from what I have witnessed). The pill works since it keep you from ovulating, your periods will be lighter and you may gain a few pounds (literally probably only 3...so don't freak out!).

Is it possible to enjoy menstrual-like symptoms while continuing to breastfeed, but not own a spell?
