For the record, I'm not a teenage girl worrying roughly a pregnancy risk. This is simply a question I've heard asked several times, and as a student going into medicine, I'd like to find some answers. Now several small studies own shown that usually there is NO sperm contained within pre-ejaculate since it is produced by the Cowper's gland. After studying mannish genital anatomy, I'd venture to say that beneath normal circumstances, there is NO opening semen is mixing with Cowper's gland secretions unless within is some wacky screw up involving the location of the ejaculatory duct. Urinating after a previous ejaculation should wash adjectives leftover sperm out of the urethra, therefore ensure pre-ejaculate contains NO sperm. Men with extremely low sperm counts (around ONE MILLION per milliliter) are often considered infertile. Additionally, it take several hundred sperm to simply break down the wall of the egg to allow for conception. There is no conceivable way pre-ejaculate contains this # of sperm, so how are women getting pregnant from it?

I speak from experiance, I two children who are the product of pulling out! I know they pulled out on the dot too! How do I know? Duh, I was there. So whoever say that you cannot get pregnant when the man doesn't finish inside of you is wrong! I too got pregnant minus ejaculation! As you will realise when you actually qualify there are other things that happen that you think are impossible, and are not confidently explained!.
