What's the best birth-control out here?
Answers: With the exception of abstinence I prefer the condom as it not only protects you from unwanted pregnancies but it also protects you from contracting several Sexually Transmitted Diseases STD including HIV.
Other forms of birth control really depend on the user and how the method reacts with their body. Each method has its own pros and cons. What you want to consider when choosing one are : your overall health, how often you are having sex, how many partners you have, the side effects,.
Minerva. It's an IUD. They insert it into your uterus (which hurts when they first do it but that's it) and then you're covered for up to 5 years. you don't have to remember to take a pill or anything. They mostly only suggest it for women who have already had a child though.
Don't take the implants or the shots. I've heard both of them can make you fat.
As far as pills, I suggest OrthoTri Cyclen Lo especially if you are younger. .
I take Levlen. It's just a normal birht control, none of the shorter lighter period, less moodiness crap. I don't get that moody in the first place, nor do I get cramps so it works for me. I use the pill and VCF. It's a vaginal contraceptive film, when you insert it into your feminine area it turns into a spermicide..
not having sex. and sucking it up and dealing with you bloating, cramps and watnot each month. its different for each person. everyone reacts differently to the hormones in each pill. .
Mirena IUD, you don't have any thoughts or concerns for 5 years! Love it! I still have 2 years left. i would say abstinence but iud is the best it doesn't protect you from std but it protects you for pregnancyy up to 5yrs.
Don't have SEX!
