Period stopped since I go lacto-vegetarian?

I have been a lacto-vegetarian for 4 months and i haven't had my period contained by 3 months.
Is it because I'm lacking in Iron?

What can i do to procure my normal menstrual cycle back?

Eggs are high contained by protein and are good for you! You can add veggies, salsa, tortilla, doesn`t matter what you like! Just try to get within enough fiber, protein, good carbs, and things similar to that. Your period should come back once you go and get enough nutrients. Also, don't forget to drink lots of water! If your extent doesn't come back soon, you may want to speak with a gyneocologist and see what they enjoy to say..
Only an open minded doctor can answer this for sure probably. But I used to 'go vegetarian' for a year or more at a time and it never artificial my cycle. Could you be low on iron? Not enough dark green veggies? That can interfere beside a normal cycle. Have u lost a lot of immensity since becoming a vegetarian???? That could have something to do near it...
