yeah. the average is 3-7 days, and u don't really have any control over it. your hormones tell it when 2 start and when 2 stop.(srry if i panicky u!...lol) so yeah 7 days is tottaly normal. yes that is mundane, you may have light days and brawny days all kinds of craziness for at smallest a couple of months before your body gets used to individual on a schedule. .
