I am on the birth control pill Seasonale. That pill is the three month pill so I am only supposed to get it every three months. I am roughly speaking 7 weeks in and I have a regular flow. I enjoy continued taking the active pills but I am not supposed to get my time of year for another 6 weeks. How can I get the flow to stop or at least capture it to become spotting.

This happens sometimes when using pills such as seasonale where you with the sole purpose get your period 4 times per year. It's call breakthrough bleeding and is completely normal
