Pain during transvaginal scan?
I was initially going to only just have a normal ultrasound but the radiographer couldn't see plentifully so gave me a transvaginal scan.
The only problem be - it hurt like hell. I nearly screamed within pain as she prodded and moved the wand and very nearly hit her. She did apologise though bless her - I know it's not her glitch.
I am still in pain following it (had it an hour ago) and discern light headed.
I did ask if it adjectives looked ok - she said she thinks there may be a couple of fibroids but isn't sure. She afterwards starting dictating into her machine, then stopped and wouldn't verbs until I left the room.
My question is - own I got something to worry around????
Answers: I, since age 13 have gone through several surgeries and procedures for my reproductive system. I had cancerous cell on my cervix and ended up with a condition call PCOS, Polly cystic ovarian syndrome and I have slight Endometriosis. they found all of this by an ultrasound resembling you are speaking of, and yes, it was painful because of the enlarged uterus and the cysts adjectives over my ovaries. I am 32 now and have required children so badly, but because of all the above, I am infertile. They own trying to talk me into a hysterectomy since age 16 and I have refuse over and over with hopes that there will be fresh medicine to help manufacture it possible for me to be a mother. I have gone through several cycles of serophene and clomid, and done the weekly hormone injections etc...I don't know if you have anything to verbs about, as I am not a doctor, but I wanted to relate you my story in the short.
