Is my freight and largeness suitable?

I'm a girl who is 5'9'' and weighs almost 95 pounds. I eat a righteous amount of food, mostly fruit, chicken and milk. I play two sports, lacrosse and soccer, and I've never thrown up any food in my life. I'm not conscious of how several calories I eat or even the content of my food. However, some people engender fun of me and call me anorexic, which I'm not. So do you think I'm too underweight or only just right? If I'm underweight, what could I do to get my weight up? (I already get through a lot).

Answers:    How is your body able to do these sports! You are waaaaay underweight. I'm surprised you are even able to move. Where do you buy your clothes? As long as you aren't making yourself this path then fine but i would still go to the doctor..
You are underweight. People shouldn't be making fun of you, that isn't tolerant. That used to be my problem too. I would eat a lot and I wouldn't gain consignment at all. You are too underweight for your health. I am 98 lbs but I'm 5'2'' and relatives tell me I should gain weight. But simply like you, I do eat (mostly briskly food and desserts!) I guess you and I both have a super fast metabolisma.

It would be really great if you can see a doctor give or take a few it. There may a little problem that stops you to gain weight. Other than that, try to enjoy bigger portions. Like if you order a medium menu at McDonald's, subsequent time order a Jumbo size. Don't try to gain 20 pounds in a month, slowly gain counterbalance.

i understand where you are coming from. i am 5'8 and weigh 8stone exactly. however i other get anorexic this, anorexic that its so fcuking annoying! i think your are moderately underweight however, im not judging you by that. i find it VERY hard to put on consignment almost impossible. however, if you are healthy, then its ok to be that freight.

EAT HIGH Calorie foods especially alcohol (beer, whiskey, etc)
Don't play sports for few months.
Drink whole milk
whenever you guzzle, make sure it has a together lot of calories
eat buffets everyday if possible
devour lots of cheese and sugar content foods

I think you are slightly underweight. I think contained by order for you to gain weight try to get through the regular three meals but eating snacks contained by between. Some good snacks are peanut butter and jelly wheat thins, nature gorge bars, and some cereal. I hope this helps and pious luck with it!! You need to hold a balanced diet, food like milk and chicken are massively high in protein and fruit is illustrious in absolutely zilch but goodness. I think you may shortage in carbohydrates and fat. But that's if you want to rectify the christen calling. Technically your an OK weight. =].

I weight that much and I'm solely 5'3" and I know I'm really really skinny and that I need to gain weight. You are certain very underweight also for your height. You call for to gain like 30 pounds. Yes, you are technically underweight.

I would suggest building muscle mass.

Eat more!But not unhealthy foods eat more fruits and vegtables try intake healthy snacks and try weight lifting muscle can engender u weigh more. you are so underweight you really need to put on some weight i suggest consumption a lot more than u already do
