Answers:    He must have a big willy! Lol!! Nah im not sure. The merely thing I could tell you is to dawdle for the doctor..
Don't be afraid to go for the blood test. At lowest possible this will rule out what it is or isn't. Ask to go see a gynocologist. They specialize in women's reproductive organs. I have a girl friend who constantly had pain after sex and the gyno be able to diagnose the concern. I have this problem too, my doctor told me I hold adhesions pretty bad from have 2 c sections. My hubby and I have to enjoy sex in certain positions so that it doesn't hurt as impossible..
If this was not a miscarriage, you could have a fibroid or ovarian cyst. But, I don't imagine you'd have just a one time niggle with either of those. the niggle that you felt was from the pressure during sex; .
There are several possibilities why you could experience the backache you describe:
Symptoms of Dyspareunia

Symptoms include a burning, ripping, tearing, or aching sensation associated beside penetration. The pain can be at the vaginal slit, deep in the pelvis, or anywhere between. It may also be feel throughout the entire pelvic area and the sexual organs and may occur just with deep thrusting.

Vaginal throbbing with intercourse can result from insufficient lubrication and dryness of the vagina, although that usually also involves pain during intercourse. You did not voice whether you have pain during sex or individual afterwards. If you don't have pain near intercourse, you are probably sufficiently lubricated.

Irritation of the vagina and urethral opening may also be caused by excessive friction, cause by long periods of hard penile thrusting. Remember, the vagina is composed of sensitive skin, and purely as you can scrape your arm if you rub too hard on something you can also go and get a very sore vagina from long and intensive sex. The painful urination after sex is cause from the irritation of the urethral opening, since the opening of the urethra and the vaginal initial are located closely together it is possible for the penis in certain positions during intercourse to rub on and irritate the urethral orifice.

Therefore, if you urinate shortly after sex it may burn or sting a bit, prompting you to not empty your bladder completely, since it is painful. Hence, you may surface the need that you still have to shift. Pain in the vaginal area from irritation due to intense intercourse usually last only a few days and involves a feeling of soreness between the legs. If burning or aching on urination is prolonged or if the frequency of having to go to the bathroom increases, it is usually a sign that near is a urinary tract infection.

Lastly, vaginal pain and pain or burning on urination may also result from a vaginal infection, which in general also involves a smelly discharge from the vagina and pain or itching. Vaginal infections are sometimes be caused by STDs (sexually transmitted diseases).

Since we cannot diagnose you accurately over the Internet, we notably recommend that you make an appointment with a doctor for a complete evaluation.
This is especially true if you own never had a pelvic exam or a pap smear before, since you are sexually influential. Seeing a doctor may also be a good time for you to discuss methods of birth control.
I would also like to remind you to other practice safer sex to protect yourself from STD's (sexually transmitted diseases) and unwanted pregnancy.
