It just sounds to me like youve missed a interval this is completely normal you didnt say what exam you had at the doctors was it blood? If not , i would ask him to do some blood work and see the result contained by order to put your mind at rest further ( if there is any coincidence you could be pregnant they will pick it up on a blood test) If you had a blood test and it said unenthusiastic your not pregnant your just missing a period it is completely adjectives and they should return in due course.
