An ovary is the size of a walnut.
Also important to know what kindly of cyst you have, they are not all unpromising, some even disappear after a while.

When my sister was scan last year having have an ovarian cyst for over a year and having a lot of cramp it was 10cm. A week later she be rushed into hospital as an emergency to take it out and it was 15cm. She have a bump like she was 6 months pregnant.I don't know anyone else who's have one but yours certainly sounds small at the moment in comparison and I hope you grasp a lot better treatment than she did.
