Once the Fallopians tubes are tied.

So if the Fallopian tubes are tied, she can't get pregnant. Is that how it is?

Answers:    You're right!.
In theory, specifically correct. Theoretically, if the fallopian tubes are tied, she *should not* be able to get pregnant. However, I hold two close friends who did get pregnant AFTER the tubes were tied. One is currently expecting (and be she ever surprised!) after her tubes were tied 18 months ago. The second friend got pregnant almost 6 months after her tubes were tied, but her daughter was born next to birth defects, which was a direct result of the tubal ligation. My doctor cut, tied and next burned the ends of my fallopian tubes to prevent a pregnancy. Bless him! Of course, the only positively, sure way to prevent pregnancy is to not own sex. Unless her name is Mary. Typically 'clamps' are best for a Tubal Ligation.

Very rarely pregnancy can still evolve and can become an Eptopic Pregnancy which is dangerous and is a medical emergency.

Also, it is a day surgery. Men can own Vasectomies which can be done in a matter of minutes within a doctors office. .
Yeah, see, the egg doesn't get to the uterus, and the sperm can't take at the egg. With any luck. Don't forget, you could always be that one rare suitcase! Nut on bro..
yes so no sperm can get to an egg yep
