What help growth?im a young person and im a lacto-vegetarian.?

Confront her about the reality that you know she isnt eating and show that you care. Try to 'make' her put away or just encourage her to chomp through. If she still doesnt, you two need to have a true conversation something like why she isnt eating (body image, depression, ect...), but beware, she may try to attain away from it. I know it would be bad, but if she still doesnt eat after that, you entail to tell her parents or a close adult at institution. She can seriously hurt her body by not eating (her period can stop, she can elapse out, or even death) and I'm pretty sure you don't want that to happen to her. It maybe complicated, but just try to be a good friend. She may acquire angry at first, but eventually she will get the fact that you exactness that much about her and you dont want anything bad to start, don't back down. Hope I helped :)

I not long get my term spinal column after several years but im still UW?!?

She is probably any doing it emotionally (to get attention or because she is depressed) or to try to lose weight.

If she is trying to lose immensity remind her that not eating will cause her body to conserve butter stores. If she wants to lose weight she requests to eat healthy small meal.

It it is emotional, dont attack her, just try to comfort her and make clear to her you are there to support her. Maybe once she vents she will perceive better and get her appetite back.
