I havent had a period for several years and i lost it at 130 pounds when i be 5'8 and i went to several hospitals and was force feed many times and never got it vertebrae.. ive been in taking back now trying to up my eating but have a hard time.. I am 109 and i work out 4/5 times a week.. this last 2 weeks ive restricted relatively a bit du to stress but today i got my period! how does that be paid sense?? I got my period wager on from restricting more than usual? Thats crazy! Im so confused...
