I find it is often with the cardboard applicators, try another tampon beside an applicator and if that still isn't working for you try one with no applicator i think they in reality are the best. Also about having sex and it individual painful i would advise you to dance to the doctor about this as there could enjoy been a tear around that region that hasn't be examined or taken care of properly. Does this individual happen when your period is at its heaviest?
If so, it may be that the tampon have absorbed a lot of blood. You basically need to change more regularly if this is the overnight case.
I suggest you go to the doctor about the throbbing when having sex issue.

This usually happen when the tampon isn't inserted far enough into the vagina. The fact that you can't seize it in far enough and that sex is enormously painful may be connected, one for the doctors i'm afraid! Please it is ridiculous to tell someone they own a "large box".idiot...You may just entail to try a different brand or maybe a slightly larger tampon, but it does not mean you own a "large box". I suggest using bigger tampons. I'm guessing you've stretched out due to giving birth, and you probably generally enjoy a big vagina, so I suggest you buy bigger tampons...Might help? It sounds as if they didn't check your insides had gone back to majority after having a baby. Maybe you necessitate to do pelvic exercise? Use the other type. i have this problem only beside the applicator ones..
they sewed you up to tight when you had your baby! conceivably u just need to start using pad..
