After having my daughter 18 months ago, i've noticed that my sex vivacity is suffering, and recently sex has be inpossible. I know im not as tight down there anymore and when my partner and i have sex his penis slips out. 2) I reckon the NHS will not pay for any such treatments, but surrounded by particular extreme cases. However, I do not know the NHS. Wait for other answers regarding the NHS.

3) You started the right entry with Kegel exercises. Continue them. You can do them even while drinving car or sitting at the computer.

4) Try to swing your sexual positions. Select positions which maximise friction and increase tightness.
4a: For example, "riding" on your partner usually is very stimulating for him due to increased friction.
4b: Alternatively, "doggy style" (a tergo) increases tightness and stimulates him more.
4c: Avoid "missionary position", if you do anyway, try to lift and present you hip and rigid your belly; do not be passive.
4d: Men like oral sex.
