i was advised for not to do by any medicine but i tried hard with breast pumps to win myself lictated now my nipples hurt but its no real use. please narrate me if it works and how long will it take and any medicines that may help(without side effects)

I am a short time confused by your question.are you adopting or did you a short time ago give birth and want to breastfeed. If you just give birth, it takes a few days for your milk to come in. The more you permit the baby attempt to nurse the faster your milk will come in. Pumps really do not properly stimulate the milk to come within. Some of the electric pumps will work but the hand held seldom do the trick. There are no medicines to whip. Most everything passes into the breast milk. That is the real root to breast feed...to give your tot the best possible food. You do not want to taint it with medicine. Just relax and enjoy your baby.
