Moods Before My Periods?
Answers: i'm not sure about the pill, anykind of pill. But when i got an IUD my mood swings go CRAZY. So my doctor just told me try pamprin and it actually, help. I mean i still get a lil nuts form time to time, but it's no where on earth near where it be, lol, so just try that, and if that don't help. Then try a mini pill..

To be totally honest, it does achieve better. I'm 26, and my PMS generally isn't half as desperate when I was younger. I was a bit batty at times in the teens and early 20s. If you don't want to put more hormones in your body, then don't.
I honestly don't know the severity of your symptoms, though. If you discern as though they are worse than they should be, see your doctor. They will evaluate you and see if you have something called PPMD.
I find that drinking chamomile tea, and taking Midol works wonders for me. If I'm mainly uptight, I add valerian root to my tea. .

Though i am a man, i thought i could offer some warning. Apparently Zinc supplements will sort you out. Though i'm not into that, it does work. It would help control your hormones better which would put your moods under control
