Answers: my sister be exactly like you. she was 13 34A and no length. she was always worrying something like it i was only 9 so i didn't know. just chill. the normal age to grasp it is 12 1/2 so your not that late. i got my time i still haven't have my boobs. I'm a 34A. I'm 13. but its better to get it slowly then early when i get it and i had no one to have a chat to about it..
Sweetie, getting your period isn't the greatest piece. It actually kind of sucks, you own to wear pads or tampons to bed, your constantly leaking and you own to use a tampon to go swimming. Also trust me when i say that its commonplace to have size A boobs at 13 you don't wan to be a size D or C at that age, and have everyone stare. Don't discern self consiece. Medium hair down there is pretty ordinary too, some women just have milieu hair their entire lives. You aren't really a late bloomer,your friends time merely came sooner.So don't get discouraged classified ad keep your chin up. You're at a wonderful time to be a girl...no worries. Periods are no fun, lucky for u. And you will find that boys/men have different soft spot in boobs, size isn't to worry roughly speaking, especially at your age.
Estrogen has gotten in our wet supply over the years for a number of reasons, and some girls are going through puberty faster than they used to because of that. Or so the theory goes.

at 13 we adjectives want to look 16, don't be in a hurry, you won't have to study your weight as much when your older, you will gain all the necessary parts at the right time, you'll bring tired of the period to so appreciate not having that as long as you can, you are not the solely one, you will be fine, good luck I wouldn't say you be late. If you were 16 I would speak you were late. Everyone is different, don't compare yourself to other race because they're just going at a different rate then you. When they stop growing you will be growing and they are going to be controlling..
Dont worry,it will happen.I be 14 when I got my first period and I worried nearly the same things you are. Its ok to have 34A boobs. In reality thats the size I still wear and I'm almost 16. You still have all of High School to grow.Just be confident within who you are.The rest will happen naturally. Yes sweety you are a overdue bloomer and no, you are not the only one. I didn't start my period till I be 15 years old. Enjoy this time of your life. Changes will be coming soon.
