Ovulation- short period surrounded by which egg is released, still possibility of getting pregnant

Luteal phase- time of which egg is either fertilized and implanted, or egg has died and is infertile, cervix is lowered and become harder, fluids become thick and tacky, wonderful time not to get pregnant

So have I get this correct? best time of infertility is during luteal phase and early menstrual bleeding? Also what about the fluids - be exactly are these fluids found, deep inside or near the orifice? Knowledge= unpreg= future college happy memories
