Losing substance and getting worse cramps and irregular interval?

I have been losing mass, by going to the gym for mass amounts, nothing unhealthy. However, for some common sense my period is getting more and more irregular and I used to not have any cramps very soon I get cramps that cause me to cry. I am going to shift to the doctors when I can but I was wondering if I can get a faster response here.

Thanks!

Answers:    Losing a generous amount of weight in a short time of year of time as well as in increase contained by physical activity can both cause irregular period and changes in cramping. If you are getting really shrill than put some weight back on. The body requirements a certain amount of body fat contained by order to function correctly and this includes having regular period. If you are simply losing weight very in the blink of an eye but haven't gotten to a very low weight later try and slow down the weight loss rate. I know you want to lose weight briskly but it is in fact really seedy to lose weight too quickly and can rumple all sorts of body processes - including your regular periods. When I be in my first semester of college I dropped about 15 pounds and be too skinny for my height (it wasn't intentional - stress) and my periods get really irregular and I started having severe cramping. It stayed that way until I gain back about 10 pounds and kept my weigth consistent for a few months. Your body desires stability. It doesn't adjust well when things are changed quickly.
