First, reading the instructions of the tampons, is a must! Do that as soon as you leave your computer. Really, everything is written in attendance, including the concern about rupturing the hymen and how to insert them.
Secondly, if it's your first time, get the smallest size tampons possible. Do not indentation your mom's or something.
Thirdly, don't stress out. Especially when you try to insert a tampon, try to relax.
