Ladies? I havent have my time contained by similar to 5 months and Im 100% sure Im not pregs? (Im 13) Ladies singular please?

So, I havent had my period within about 5 months (maybe more, Im not quite sure) and I never really thought anything of it until in the future when my cousin missed her period one month and she spaszed out. It made my kinda worry, do I havent had mine in forever. I swear Im not pregnant, Im not 'sexually active'. Anyways, I enjoy tried alot of crazy 'starvation' diets, could that have anything to do with it? How do I fix this (without describing my parents or a doctor or anythingg). I do know one of my cousins (shes 25 now) had an eating disorder as a child and presently she cant have kids unless she takes pills, am I gonna be similar to that? Anyways, Im at a healthy weight in a minute (BMI of 18.9), but Im still on the 2468 diet (Ive been on it for 2 days). Soo, whats wrong with me? How do I fix this? Dont communicate me to go to a mental clinic or anything, I need unadulterated advice.

Thankss :]

Answers:    absolutely nil sweetie. however, the starvation diets are the problem. if u keep this up, yes, you will have to appropriate pills to have babies. also, 18.9 is not a healthy BMI, so you should probably try to GAIN mass if anything.

sometimes u will just skip it, and thats fine. it'll happen give or take a few 1-2 years after u get your first period.

if u skip ur term for more than a year, go to the doctor. dont worry, its their charge to deal with these kind of problems.

P.S. 85% of guys say they loooove girls with curves! plz gain shipment and stop ur diets!.
Your diet could have everything to do with you cycle but more than possible it's your age. Your hormones at this age are very unpredictible. It is not uncommon for girls your age to hold very irregular cycles. I would try to eat wholesome and if you don't get your cycle in the subsequent month or two I would talk to your parents . Good luck and try not to worry... what you are going through is middle-of-the-road. Hope this helps. You should schedule an appointment near your ObGyn. I had the same piece happening to me when I first gotten it, your Dr. will perscribe you birth control pills to control your cycle and have it come within the scheduled time.

It's something normal so don't verbs abou it..
the dieting has a lot to do near it. do not starve yourself! because i was like that for a while and it screw things up. and if youve only had your time of year for a year or so now that's normal 2. im twelve and hold had my period for 4 years and the first 2 years be crazi. to fix this, start eating a little more, and excercise for a while less, but trust me nothing is worng beside you. I'm only 12, and I have missed period and I have never had sex earlier. lol. I asked my mom what was wrong with me and she told me since I am merely 12 my body hasn't quite adjusted to a typical "pattern" yet. I have also tried lots of crash diets (eg. 300 calories a day). Mind you though I'm 5'4..
ably, are u athletic cause athletic tend to have grotesque days for their periods and also if u are only 13 after u might not be regular it takes a while to become regular, about a year...so if u want to step to a doctor u can, but tell ur mom or someone You have to narrate a doctor. They cannot tell anyone about what is going on next to you..It's the law they can't tell but you do obligation to ask for help by a doc..It is very momentous. Also call a doctor on the phone.Dont let anyone rotten the street field an important press ...
its normal maybe you didnt start your extent yet its possible that u had it five months ago but it be just a ''warning'' meaning your getting it soon my friend and her requirement and didnt get her period untill a year subsequent so dont worry but if its takes more than a year report ur mom dont be shy :)
start taking iron pills. go and get some blood pills to build your blood. its found within your local drugstore in the vitamin section. if you guzzle red meat start eating some liver that also helps build your blood, it sounds approaching your anemic..
Thank God you are not sexually active at 13.

Such a scary world at the present time.

You are very early so things own yet to develop and settle properly.

A lot of people here are not reading your interview properly..
go here, sounds like your intake habits are probably to blame.

losing a lot of bulk can contribute to loss of period. that could definitely be it. don't do that anymore! but period are irregular when your young also it probably has alot to do beside the starvation part of it .. dont worry to much since you are so young at heart and its completely normal to miss months
.
poor nutrition and stress can make it stop...when i be 13 mine stopped for 4 months during school because i was adjectives stressed out and not eating right wen your so young its not unexpected for irregular periods...
believe me i've been in that..
Get a pregnancy test. Stop taking birth control. well the crazy diets could definatly play a through part in your problem (not getting the right brand of nutrients that your growing self needs, and all.) but if your consumption right now and you still haven't gotten your period next there could be something going on that needs to be checked out. it might be something similar to a hormonal imbalance or something simple like that. But to be on the past the worst side, i know it sucks, you should tell your mom. she could have have the same problem when she was your age, you never know. virtuous luck, kiddo C:
