I flew to france about a month and a half ago while i be on my period. Then two weeks later i flew to California. I'm agency over due for my period and am have night light cramps that feel like it's coming but hasn't nonetheless. I was wonderin why this is.

Answers:    could be from stress... if you're body is stressed or fatigued your period can come slowly sometimes. a good work-out usually helps me relax and my body can ensnare up with my mind. :).
