I don't necessarily have bad strain in my lower back, but I do enjoy uncomfortable pressure and soreness. Iam on my period so I am hoping its from that. This monday I have a UTI and took antibiotics for it as prescribed by my doctor for 3 days, all the other symptoms went away similar to burning when peeing. Would the pain in my lower rear be painful if it was a kidney infection?
