It's be 31 days and I haven't gotten my spell even so???!!

No, I'm not pregnant. I was supposed to get my extent like a week ago but I still don't have it and it's be 31 days since my last period. What are the cause of a late period? Is this middle-of-the-road? Do you experience this?

Answers:    It is normal to have an irregular interval, and happens often! Some reason that your period may be irregular can include stress, anxiety, change contained by sleep patterns, change within diet, etc. You will most likely get it in a couple days, as normally if it is late it will come inwardly several days of the day expected. If you do not get it inside a week or two, you may want to contact your doctor..
my cycle has been screwed up for 2 yrs very soon .depending on your age it could be hormonal... I'm in my late 30s. I run between 21 and 35 days lol. I'm getting used to it. I dont even know when i ovulate anymore because of this but it's ok I'm not having sex!! lol .you could go see your GYN for some hormone trialling and they might put you on a low dose birth control which will help things. I dont take the pill because of my age. Good luck!! Stress, diet change, exercise, there are so many reason it could be delayed if you know for a fact your not pg. give it another week or so and relax.

It is kinda resembling the old saying:

A watch pot never boils! .
This is completely normal, dont worry! (=
same entry happened to me twice before..you'll be fine (: SOmetimes it can be 31 to 33 days
and if your stressed or you started your interval in the last 2 years its expected to be a bit random sometimes.
it is normal to be irregular It's usually 31-34 days apart. Just loaf don't worry if you miss this period. If you miss your subsequent one go to the doctor!
