Well, I know heaps women who don't look like they gain any during pregnancy, but in common, especially when the woman is carrying a girl, women should gain about 30 pounds. i read that its normal to gain between 25-30 pounds, however ive heard of inhabitants gaining up to 98 lbs. i think lately eating healthy and exersizing is your best bet contained by getting back ur figure
