Major Period Cramps! Pleaseee Help?


Okay, so I normally get my term around the 28th of the month, but i was late and get it yesterday.
Now i have unbearableeeee cramps. I was designed to go ot the super market, tailor, gyms, run a few other erands, go out for lunch ,dinner, drinks and shopping with my little sister, I cancelled it adjectives. I am in soooo much pain I am litterally going to ratify out or throw up. Im in tears they hurt sooo much.
I dont want to take drugs, but what are some effectual ways i can reduce cramps!

Keep your belly covered and warm and humanely massage the area where on earth the straps of your underwear go. I know that sounds even more painful but it does work. You lately have to be very discreet not to upset the muscles.

I've done this once before when I had no headache meds to take and all of the shops be closed. I get them bad close to you too.

After awhile the cramps should hurt less. Remember gentle..
I obtain that too what I do is keep myself busy so I don't have to grain the paint too much so get yourself busy such as house chores etc. what happen is you know if your lay down or sitting down the more you think and feel your aching good luck. i have like thing right now my stomach is close to cramping sooo bad but try taaking an alive or tylonal and get a cup put hose down in it put it in the microwave next get a water bottle and pour the dampen in it then lay down and put it on ur tummy thats wht im getting set to do
