I wear a bra most of the time, even to bed. I'm a DD cup so it's really uncomfortable to let them 'free'!
If you want to wear one adjectives the time, try wear a softer style like a crop top to bed or just around the house. Sometimes, if you wear a tight, underwire bra adjectives the time your skin can get sore and red.

Actually it's best if you wear a bra from the beginning when you first start to win boobs, because if you just leave them, they stretch out and become long. A lot of elder women hold really long boobs and it looks strange, it's because they didn't have as good bras when they be our age, or they might not have had the money as they be generally quite expensive. Anyway, to answer your interview, I don't suggest you wear a bra ALL THE TIME as it leaves marks on your skin, and it CAN get humiliated when they have the wire or doesn`t matter what in them. So I suggest not wearing one when you sleep. I'm not a woman but i herd that not wearing a bra make em sag. So wear a bra and keep them perky.
I aspiration...I have been wearing a bra for years and I am DD... Definitely not true. Wearing a bra will not surrounded by any way affect your breast growth..
Bras do not afect the growth of breasts.Do not use bras while sleeping. of course thats not true..thats close to saying if a guy wears underwear his johnson wont grow!!.
