Answers: Some culture do get cramps so bleak that they cause nausea, especially when they first start getting their spell. If this continues to happen respectively time you may want to take her to the doctor and return with her checked out just to construct sure everything is OK.
Hi there. When I first get my period and for several years after I have a few similar experiences where the cramps be so bad that it made me throw up.
It really could be that or what she ate at institution or a stomach virus. But, likely if it be just once and seem related to her getting her period it's probably that. If she have a stomuch flu or bad food she would credible be sick all light of day and night, confused and vomitting a lot and it would pocket a day or two to really get the impression better.

I agree with Tea Cup. Sometimes cramps can be so impossible it will make you throw up. Take her to the DR. who can present her an RX for crmaps. It could have also be nerves, getting your period for the first time is pretty un-nerving. Stomach virus
IT also can be the tuna sandwich is mixed near mayonaise that can be bad too. food poisoning is in 2 hours after the eating she doesnot own this. she may have a virus or time pains.
I would do this i am a doctor, is to get 1/2 gallon milk water jug without milk pour contained by hot water and wrap near a light cloth and place on her lower tummy the high temperature will make her quality better.
Midol is only a oil lamp pain reliever she be better near 8 hour tylenol or extra stregnth tylenol for kids under 15.
IF this doe not work help yourself to her to the dr on monday.
