Gross ask...roughly going number 2?
When I poop, it's usually brown and hard (I have a partiality to be constipated) but for the past few days, it's been softer, and a lighter color (still probably brown, but also kindly of yellow-greenish). I don't understand why the sudden change, because my lifestyle hasn't changed or anything. It's possible that I'm drinking seriously of green tea, but I did that before as well. I hold no other problems, healthwise, and I've been on the same medication for ages. I heard that it could be a symptom of hepatitis, but I've not had unprotected sex beside an infected person, and certainly not just this minute, and I don't use intravenous drugs. Is this just normal?
Answers: If it is merely a couple of day, I wouldn't worry just about it. If you start having pain or cramping later I would be more conserned. You could have drinken more water than usual or tea. .
Heya,
This can be cause by many things, including a viral infection what i would do is go and hold a word with your local GP explain to him whats happened and draw from him to run some blood tests, he hopefully will be able to find out whats wrong but for he can definately tell you why your poop has changed consistency. And he will be capable of treat this for you and solve your problem. But it sounds to me like you have a viral infection and this is why your number 2's hold changed. I hope i have helped
xx.
are you sleeping within a different postion? because if you sleep on your stomach with one leg bended up close it helps you digestive sytem. trust me it works similar to a charm for me. you should probebly trying sleeping like that.
good luck pooping! lol. It's a short time ago a change. Maybe your body is adjusting to something it hasn't in step to before. I don't think you hold much to worry about. .
