Is there any way to get your first period sooner???
Answers: Nope. You will just have to wait..
Yes, be healthy. Eat right and excercise the right amount everyday. Don't be underweight, or overweight(although being overweight usually makes your period start earlier than it should) If you already are healthy, then it can come at any age! Most people get it around 12 years old, but I got mine at 14. Some people dont get theirs until they are 16 or 17 and they were still healthy. But trust me, you don't want to get it sooner than you should be getting it, its a pain and a hassle. In general, the puberty and the menstrual cycle are genetically and hormonally determined and different girls can have different development. In different countries periods are starting at 11-17 (depending on physical development, hormones, genetics, country location, etc). It is very personal and pre-menstrual "signals" (strange discharges, breast tense, abdomen pain, etc.) can come 1-2 days or 2-3 months or 11-12 months in advance. Some girls don’t have any pre-menstruation "signals". It depends how sensitive are you and how fast your hormones will jump up. Just don't be stressed because stress itself could make a delay. Everything has it’s time.

Pleeesee don't rush this, it is a curse to all women. I hated everyone I have ever had!! When it does come you will be hating to see that time of the month come around!! Enjoy your days to frolick and play without having to worry about such serious things. Trust me it is a CURSE you don't want. lol Just enjoy every month that you don't have it, because once you get it you can't give it back.and it is 5 days of hell!! ( well very close )
And you can rush it i think by taking hormones...but why would you want to?.
